Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before joining

1. Membership Billing and Termination

Membership packages operate on a 4-week billing cycle, with payments due on the 1st of each month.

We offer additional classes during certain months to offset public holidays and studio closures, ensuring you receive consistent value throughout the year.

To cancel your membership, you must provide a full calendar month's written notice. For example, if you wish to cancel effective September 1st, written notice must be received by August 1st.

Cancellations can be submitted via email to arukaruakh@gmail.com.

2. Cancellations

We require 6 hours notice for class cancellations. This allows us to offer your spot to another member.

If you cancel with proper notice, you may schedule a makeup class within 1 month of the original session date.

Late cancellations (less than 6 hours notice) or no-shows will not receive credit for the missed class.

3. Missed Makeup Classes

If you schedule a makeup class but fail to attend, that makeup session is forfeited.

Missed makeup classes cannot be rescheduled again, and no refunds will be issued.

We encourage you to only book makeup sessions when you are confident you can attend.

4. Medical Holds

Medical holds are available for members who undergo surgery or sustain a serious injury that prevents them from attending classes.

A medical certificate from a healthcare provider is required to qualify for a medical hold.

Medical holds are valid for up to 3 months.

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a medical hold: arukaruakh@gmail.com or +27 72 462 4235.

5. Changes to Packages

If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or change your membership package, please provide written notice by the 20th of the month prior to the change taking effect.

For example, to change your package effective September 1st, written notice must be received by August 20th.

Schedule changes must also be requested in accordance with this timeline.

6. Hygiene and Studio Etiquette

For the comfort and safety of all members, we ask that you observe the following hygiene practices:

  • Please leave shoes and personal items in the designated area outside the studio.
  • Grip socks are required for all classes. These can be purchased at the studio if needed.
  • A small towel is compulsory for rebounding classes to maintain equipment hygiene.
  • After each class, please clean your equipment using the supplies provided.

These simple practices help us maintain a clean, welcoming space for everyone.
